To use older versions of communications programs such as AOL or CompuServe while WinFax is running, you may need to disable Automatic Receive on the Controller menu before starting the other program.

In TalkWorks, you can log the calls for each mailbox in your call answering system.\n\nTo track calls, open the Properties dialog for the appropriate mailbox, click the Remote Access And Traffic Logging tab, and then specify the tracking information.
You can assign keywords and billing codes for each fax you send. This is useful, for example, if you bill faxes to clients.\n\nOn the Setup menu, click Send, click the General tab, and then enable Prompt For Keywords And Billing Codes.
If you receive fax pages sideways or upside down, you can rotate them to correct this. While viewing the fax in Viewer, click the appropriate rotation command on the View menu.\n\nIf pages are only slightly askew, click Deskew on the View menu.
